I have had a love for cooking since I was a child. At my grandfather's knee I learned the ins and outs of comfort food.
While attending Seattle Culinary Academy I expanded my skills by learning from extremely talented chefs.
I never stop learning and am always looking for something new to try! Whether it be something you saw on tv or in a magazine, or an old family recipe.
I strive to use local, fresh, organic produce and the freshest meat and seafood.
